



| VESSANTS CRIANCA is a wine from the Montsant area (Tarragona- Falset), elaborated with Merlot, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignane and Syrah grapes. The maceration process takes from one to two weeks and it is fermented at 30ºC. |
| VESSANTS CRIANCA is aged during 12 month in barrels and 6 months minimum in bottles. Its characteristics are complex but soft and well structured. |
| 2004 TASTING: Deep red colour. Smell of berries and dry fruits, slightly smoky with a refreshing finish.On the palate there are clear signs of avelvety and delicate tannins, with a long and elegant developmentin the mouth. |
| COMBINATION WITH FOOD: Perfect with meat dishes, such as stews and the traditional Mediterranean roasts. Also ideal with smoked fish and greasy cheese. |
| NOTES: Vessant 2004 has been selected as a generic wine from the D. O. MONTSANT among fourteen other wines presented in a blind tasting. |
