This new wine is elaborated Grenache, Carignane, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes. After a fifteen day maceration process, it is aged in French oak barrels for thirteen months. Once bottled, it rests for a minimum of 6 months before it is sold into the market. It is a current design wine, where wood and elegance are melted with freshness and power. |
TASTING: Deep red colour, bigarreau cherry. Elegant smell with a hint of forest herbs (rosemary, thyme, etc.), tones of minerals and red berries. On the palate, we taste a fresh and elegant but intense wine, finishing with hints of red berries and smoked wood. |
COMBINATION WITH FOOD: This wine goes well with red and wild meats. It is the perfect complement of meats cooked with wild mushrooms. Also to be enjoyed with wild fruits as blueberries, blackberries, etc. |
