ENLLAC, white wine from MAS DE MASOS FARM, elaborated with Viognier and Grenache blanc grapes. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels. |
ENLLAC, yellow golden bright wine to be discovered. It is born in Enllac, made of Grenache blanc and Viognier grapes, which are grown in the lower lands of the MAS DE MASOS FARM. The Viognier is just behind of an area with little sun (8-10 hours a day). Grenache, however,it is found in higher ground and it is oriented southeast. |
TASTING: Yellow as a straw with golden and green tones. The smell has an emphasis of tropical fruits and floral hints with a slightly aniseed-flavour at the end.On the palate we find a full rich wine where the smell of fresh fruits is emphasized. |
COMBINATION WITH FOOD: Perfect with spicy baked fish, recipes with poultry, smoked salmon and caviar. |
